Journal
30 Days
A 30-day practice in purpose, resilience, work and endurance, one simple idea a day.
Welcome back
Come and go as you need to — there's no such thing as behind.

Is there anything I am worried about today?

Today I will…
Everything you type in this journal — your daily reflections, gratitude notes, and the Notes page — is saved only in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent anywhere, never stored on a server, and nobody at Clarity Edge Counselling (or anyone else) can see it. There is no account, no database, and no way for us to read your entries even if we wanted to.
Because of this, your entries are tied to this device and this browser. If you clear your browser's site data, switch devices, or use a different browser, your entries won't carry over — there's no backup to restore from. If that matters to you, use Export My Journal from the contents screen any time to download a copy of everything you've written.
When you sign up, we collect your first name and email address so we can send you access to the journal and the occasional note from Clarity Edge Counselling. That's the full extent of what we collect through this journal.
This information is sent to Brevo, the email service we use to send journal access and updates. We don't sell or share it with anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email we send, or email us directly to ask us to delete your details.
No one reads what you write here — not us, not anyone. This journal is a self-guided tool for private reflection, not a substitute for professional support, and it's separate from any clinical counselling relationship with Clarity Edge Counselling. If you're going through a difficult time and need to talk to someone, Lifeline is available 24/7 in Australia on 13 11 14, or reach out to your GP or a mental health professional.
If you have any questions about how this journal handles your information, you're welcome to get in touch via clarityedge.com.au.
Your entries live only in this browser, so it's worth keeping your own copy — especially if you've been writing for a while. Both options below work entirely on this device; nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Thirty Days
However many days you wrote on, you gave yourself something most people never make time for — a few quiet minutes to think honestly about your own life, on purpose.
Read them next to each other. You don't have to draw a conclusion from it — just notice.
Give, Raise, Reflect, Act is four questions, not an app. You can ask them of yourself on any ordinary day, with or without this page open — in your head on the drive home, or on the back of an envelope. That was always the point.
What you wrote lives only in this browser. If you'd like to keep it, download a copy now.
You're welcome to start again from Day 1 — your entries stay exactly where they are. And if these thirty days surfaced something you'd rather not sit with on your own, talking it through with someone is a reasonable next step, not a last resort.
